About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel like the trauma ward has been treating me pretty good to be honest . I feel the place is clean and the food here has been good, however sometimes the portions are too big so I waste a lot. Staff have been very nice to me to be honest, I couldn't really say a bad word about them, they have been great. Everything has also been explained pretty well, sometimes I maybe can't understand.

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased you feel the ward has been treating you well and that the staff have been great. They will really appreciate hearing this. Please don't worry about the food waste as we understand patients may not have the same appetite when they are unwell. It is reassuring to read that the staff have been communicating well with you, and please, if ever something is unclear, speak with the staff as we will be more than happy to take the time to speak with you.
