Would just like to take this opportunity to say a very big thankyou to Ann from the community mental health team in Lisburn for all the help and support you have given to me from were I was when you first arrived at my home till now.  I have been one of the privileged people who got the help from the mental health keyworker Anne in the dark days of my mental heath. Ann's part in my mental health was very professional her knowledge of mental health help me understand better she got me through the very dark days we are very lucky  and privileged to have people from this profession to help us and support us.

Ann's help was priceless so a very big thankyou Ann I will always respect and will never be able to thankyou enough.
