Good Afternoon,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care you received through the Urgent Care Centre.

We are delighted to hear that your experience has been a positive one.

It is great to hear that staff were friendly and informative. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference.

With regards to the waiting room being to warm, please do not hesitate if you attend the center again in the future, to let reception staff know if you feel it is too warm so the temperature can be adjusted.

I will ensure the team are all aware of your kind words - we really appreciate them.
