"My ongoing treatment."

This is all related to a health issue first identified by the Scottish Bowel Screening Programme back in April 2023.

In June I was a bit relieved after meeting with Consultant Chandru & Specialist Nurse Jenna in July, disclosing surgery is probably best substituted with RadioChemo therapy as surgery would cause incontinence.

However will be referred to oncologist & still to get further PET Scan with view to treatment. Then perhaps a regular check up program?

Medical information & procedures were discussed. Staff were very helpful and considerate explaining how treatment might progress.

The interpersonal skills of Chandru and Jenna were second to none causing a swift decline in anxiety levels. Excellent work, Thank you. 

The services of Ninewells MRI SCAN were experiencing by myself at the end of June.

I found first-hand that medical procedures were deployed effectively and professionally. The interpersonal skills of the staff were second to none. All Excellent. Thank you. 

The services of Ninewells Clinical Research Centre were experiencing by myself in mid July.

Following a telephone call from Murray, an appointment was accepted for a PET Scan with a car parking reserved place.

It was found that medical procedures were deployed effectively and professionally. Nurse Struan was very helpful and considerate explaining the process as we went through the procedure during the appointment. Struan's caring manner lowered my anxiety levels.

The interpersonal skills of all the staff were second to none. Excellent. Thank you.

Finally, following a phone call and there after a letter, an appointment was made for me in mid July, Princess Alexandria Suite level three with consultant Dr Merrick. Dr Merrick details of a combined treatment of radiology and chemotherapy. The meeting went well. Medical information and procedures were explained thoroughly. Dr Merrick was very helpful and considerate fully explaining how treatment is likely to progress, percentage curative and possible effects. The information provided at this meeting by Dr Merrick provided much insight and reduced my anxiety levels significantly. Excellent work professionally delivered.
