(as a carer),

I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Melissa  physiotherapist (Clover Clinic, Armagh) for her advice, support, knowledge and professionalism shown to me at every appointment in such a kind and gentle way during what was a difficult, debilitating and challenging time for me. 

It is with Melissa’s expertise that my recovery has been expedited and for that I am truly grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to send through this wonderful compliment about Melissa, one of our Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners for Occupational Health. I am delighted that your recovery is well on track and that her advice and treatment was provided in such a way to support both your physical recovery and emotional well-being. These are important aspects of care that we value very highly in our services and it is great to hear that this made a positive impact on your successful rehabilitation. I will pass this on to Melissa and her manager.
