"No advice or information"

About: Borders General Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (Ward 9)

(as a service user),

Broke my wrist and although I was treated, I was given no advice or information on what to do or what to look out for. Indifference was the vibe. Subsequently developed crps which is most debilitating. Again no info or advice so far.

Sorry to hear you are still struggling after the injury - please can you email me your details to orthopaedics@borders.scot.nhs.uk (FOA Mr Dall) or ask patient experience to pass them to me and I'll look into the specifics of your case and ensure you receive the appropriate advice and follow up.
