Just a message to say a huge huge thank you to Emma on central delivery ward for staying way over her shift and helping us to bring our beautiful daughter into the world safely at the start of August. Emma is a credit to DRI and we cant thank her enough for all she did for us.
I would also like to thank all the amazing staff including the infant feeding team on M1 & M2 from being induced to birth to feeding. We had a total stay of 5 days and all the staff were nothing but helpful and kind throughout even when short staffed and busy their smiles remained and nothing was ever too much trouble.
And also a shoutout to Rhian for coming to visit us during our stay, she knows our story of previous heartbreak and loss and brought us a beautiful rainbow knitted blanket. Thank you Rhian for always being the kindest and most thoughtful.
