"These girls all made me feel like I could do anything"

I just wanted to voice my gratitude for the staff of Altnagelvin labour ward and postnatal ward. I gave birth to my baby girl earlier this month and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from Laura, Marie, and especially Lauren and Janine. These girls were such an amazing support to my partner, my mum and myself, especially when I had a Luke Combs singing session mid labour. 

The staff on the postnatal ward are just amazing especially Lauren (who I met in FAU and on postnatal ward) Student midwife Faye and the following day a midwife called Anita. These girls went above and beyond for me to feel supported and cared for. Nothing was ever an issue and they always checked to ensure I was ok as well as my baby girl. Being a first time mummy I was so Anxious but these girls all made me feel like I could do anything. I will never forget my you all
