I had occasion to attend an arranged appointment with my ophthalmologist today at Level 8a in the RVH BELFAST, I have been attending this service since the 70's after being involved in a serious RTA (Road Traffic Accident). Over the years I’ve been very grateful for the treatment that I have received from the hospital staff, from the nurses who carry out eye tests, through to the doctors/consultants who have treated me with the upmost respect. Given the amount of times I’ve been seen at 8a I can honestly say that the attention I receive is brilliant 🤩 thank you! In particular I would like to thank, Patricia, the nurse who helped me today, for her care, respect and most of all her infectious big smile! Furthermore, I would like to thank MR. O’ Gallagher, who has been attending to me since the retirement of MR. Frazer, a hard act to follow, but I am very happy with his work and his attention to detail! Thank you 🙏🏻 to all of you who have helped and supported me over the many years that I have been attending this service and please 🙏🏻 keep up the excellent work! Oh and another thing I am very grateful to the receptionists who are doing a great job 👏🏻 under these circumstances, they are brilliant 🤩
