Managed to change my appointment from St Albans to Redbourn: tick. Good meeting with doctor and medication approved: tick. Went to Crown pharmacy to pick up prescription and it wasn’t ready. Told to come back later: X

Dear Mr Manton, Thanks for your review. We are pleased to hear you had a good consultation with the doctor. Prescriptions, when sent electronically, should be ready quite quickly at the pharmacy. If there was a delay it could have been that the pharmacy had a lot of prescriptions to process. We would suggest for future calling ahead to check it is ready.
