"Rude and a waste of time"

Saw a psychiatrist to discuss nature of my issues. The psychiatrist was almost horizontal in the chair, kept yawning and continually talked over me before waving their hand and getting a duty staff member to finish the interview. At the end the psychiatrist said I needed help but told duty staff member to set it up. I was given no knowledge of what help was going to be given or when. While I spoke with duty staff member, the psychiatrist answered a personal mobile call, then commenced yawning again. I was speechless by how rude they were, still waiting for this help to materialise or to be given any info as to what it may be. Ridiculous, no wonder so many people are in crisis.
