"Excellent Care"

I attended my first dermatology appointment at the New Victoria after being transferred from Vale of Leven three months or so. 

I unfortunately have been going through a very rough time in multiple areas of my health which had flared my skin conditions. Dr Torley was incredibly compassionate and understanding, she made me feel heard and took my concerns on board. She helped me feel more in control of my treatment in a time where I felt I had lost that. After a lot of bad news appointments, this appointment was positive and I left plan of action. 

I have just had my follow up appointment and have just had a positive experience once again. Dr Torley was kind and very clear, understood what I was asking and helped with solutions. She's a credit to the NHS and I'm positive that my care is well in hand.
