Rang up, 8 am sharp waited half hour for the lazy people on the end of the phone, how can I help you today? So I explained, when I finished explaining the woman goes oh sorry the systems are down have to ring back later! Why Dont You Say That Before I Started explaining What was Wrong or have it as an automated message! Pathetic useless place and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone proplems after problems for years!

Dear Patient,

We appreciate the feedback you have left as all feedback positive and negative can be used to learn from to improve our service. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied by the service provided by the surgery.

We can only apologise for the delay you had on the telephone; our team of receptionists are answering calls as quickly and efficiently as they can, and some calls can take longer than others to help resolve.

The new triage system has been going very well and we have had a lot of positive feedback from both patients and staff.

We are also trying to encourage patients who have access to the internet to complete an online form to request a GP appointment using the following link https://florey.accurx.com/p/P84012, this is helping to free up the telephone lines for patients who may struggle with technology or access to the internet.

We apologise that we were unable to help you on this occasion, regrettably technical issues can be out of our control and is not something we can predict. We will investigate whether we can do a pre-recorded message to use in these instances in the future.
