I rang the Lawson Practice today in the late afternoon and spoke to Chloe, who works at the reception desk regarding a prescription request. She is a very kind, friendly, and very understanding receptionist. The reception team at the Lawson Practice, are always kind, patient, and very respectful to patients.
It is so reassuring to know that patients like me, and other service users can always expect a professional and very welcoming service when you make a phone call to the reception team, as they will do their best to address your needs during the phone call, and are more than happy to contact on your behalf any GP of your choice, should you require any medical help, prescription request, and or assistance with your health care needs.
The Lawson Practice, without doubt, is the best Health Care Practice in Hackney.
The Doctors, Admin Staff, Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Physician Associates, and the reception Team are so kind, friendly, compassionate, and very professional.
I am very happy with the Lawson Practice and can't thank them enough for the amazing and excellent health care I receive from them.
