I would just like to thank Dr Al-Hourani, consultant paediatrician, and his secretary Kerrie, for their commitment to caring for my daughter. She has undiagnosed abdominal pain however Dr Al-Hourani has requested ample diagnostic tests to be done, and 'had to 'fight' on my daughter's behalf to get a procedure carried out in Glasgow. He has a very nice manner and shows professionalism at every meeting. Although there has still not been a diagnosis for my daughter's condition, Dr Al-Hourani has gone above and beyond to make sure she’s had all the necessary diagnostic tests carried out. His secretary Kerrie has kept us informed and answered numerous questions regarding appointments, when results have returned. She’s also been instrumental in keeping on top of appointments for my daughter, not just within women and children’s department but with Glasgow, paeds triage and X-ray department etc. My daughter feels that they have done everything that she asked for and feels they genuinely care for her. Could you please pass this message of gratitude onto Dr Al-Hourani and Kerrie for their continued caring attitude. Thank you.
