Prior to the pandemic we were glad we had the use of this practice. The situation now however is the classic sit com ‘computer says no’. It is impossible to contact the practice and extremely difficult to see a doctor in good time. No phone answering, asked to use Ask My GP, then Patches (which unbelievably they only look at for an hour each morning), told results are on NHS app (they’re not). Somehow this practice has gone from very good to the most frustratingly bureaucratic nightmare. The admin needs complete rethinking.
