(as a service user),

I contacted Brechin health centre using econsult about concerns with a mole. I was able to send in photographs and further information from my home. The following day I received a message to say I had been referred to Dermatology. 

4 days later I received a letter asking me to attend out patient’s at Arbroath infirmary for more photographs to be taken. Sarah, the nurse who seen me, was excellent, explaining what she was doing and what the next steps would be. 

The service I’ve received from Brechin health centre and dermatology at Arbroath Infirmary has been absolutely outstanding and I can’t thank them enough. Everyday we read about negative stories in the press about long waits at GP surgeries and hospitals. The service I’ve received has been absolutely amazing and I feel so fortunate to have received this level of care. 

Thank you all so much, you are doing an amazing job.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your positive experience you had with the CLIC service (Dermatology photography clinic).

This is a new service that my team and I have had training for and have embraced. This new clinic aims to improve the Dermatology service in Tayside.

I am glad I was able to give you a clear explanation of the process of the CLIC service and understanding of the follow up process.
