"The staff were kind and efficient"

Having used the bowel screening service I received a letter telling me I needed a colonoscopy to investigate the results of that test.

I received an appointment in just over 2 weeks at Vanguard Endoscopy, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.  The staff were kind and efficient, explaining the procedure and results.  I felt well cared for and reassured.

My only negative comment would be that parking at Ninewells can be very difficult & it was fortunate that I could be dropped off for my appointment.  Had I been driving myself it would have been difficult to find a place to leave the car & get to my appointment on time.
