"All of the staff have been friendly and very approachable"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We are just leaving now after coming in  to see our dad. Although the wait has been quite long to come in to get seeing him (Due to covid on the ward), It made it worthwhile to see his face today. It's wonderful that the hospital has been relatively spotless and everything appears to be in order from the moment we came through the front doors. We called into the wee shop before going up to see him which was great, as it has all the treats that he likes. We were able to find our way up to him as the receptionist was brilliant at directing us and telling us which ward daddy was on.

I am so pleased we got into see him I really have no complaints about the hospital.

After being directed on where to go we realized that it wasn't difficult to locate the ward, thanks to the clear signs. All of the staff have been friendly and very approachable.
