I was admitted as an emergency to East Surrey hospital recently. I spent time in both A&E, Surgical Assessment Unit and Nutfield Ward. The care I received was amazing and although phenomenally busy, staff always found time to help me and keep me informed. I saw a doctor every day, sometimes several times a day. I needed two MRI scans and an ultrasound. A&E were great and I was seen and assessed quickly and then bought back for a scan on the following morning and admitted. I worked at the Trust many years ago and it was so lovely to see staff from 20 years ago still working there and that is fabulous. I can safely say I was very happy with the care I received and I would be very proud of the team if they were in my organisation. Thank you
