I've been with this GP practice for 10 years and have had really good service. The GP I've seen the most is really good and nothing is too much trouble. All the systems seem efficient to me - for example it's very easy to book appointments online. The reception team have always answered any questions I have. I always feel like the staff really do care about me as a person and don't treat me like a set of symptoms. Cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.
