"Keep up the fantastic work"

I've been put on to the orthopaedical ward, where I have been receiving excellent care.

I am fairly independent, getting dressed and getting out of bed was never a problem for me. However, since I injured my shoulder, I sometimes find it difficult, so the staff has to assist me.

I must say, though, that they have been very kind and patient with me. They always make sure not to hurt me in any way, which I find to be very nice of them.

Simply said, I want to encourage them to keep up the fantastic work and express my gratitude for all of their assistance.
