"Very understanding and knowledgeable"

I've been seeing a lovely specialist nurse called Vanessa. She was very understanding and her knowledge of prolapses is excellent. She reassured me and explained exactly what has happened. She gave me pelvic floor exercises to do which are helping and after 3 appointments we've discussed surgery which I have now decided not to have. She's said if things change then to just give the service a ring and I can make an appointment without having to be re-referred.
