Having called twice to make an appointment and being told I would be contacted with info once the receptionist had spoken to my doctor & having no response 2 & half weeks between each call I tried for a third time, I was then text given an appointment. I visited the surgery and signed in on the machine, I waited for over an hour before approaching the desk, I was then told it was too late to see a doctor. The staff where rude and dismissive, I am now left without medication and will likely be for weeks which will have serious knock on effects for my mental health. I have registered with a better surgery I have only heard positive reviews for, I would never recommend this service to anyone who needed any medical assistance of any kind. Avoid.

I am so sorry to hear that you feel our service failed to meet your needs.

Could I ask you to e mail our practice e mail box and give you name so the matter can be fully investigated? Whilst we cant help you now as you have registered elsewhere, your help may avoid someone else experiencing the issue you faced.
