About: Raigmore Hospital / Breast Clinic

(as the patient),

I saw Mr. Abbott several times for a recurring problem.

Every consultation was professional and I was treated as an individual with explanations given to me based on my own professional knowledge.

When I returned after some time, I was remembered and he had clearly reminded himself of my previous experience and treatment prior to my appointment, so I didn't have to feel like everything had to be explained again.

I felt like my autonomy and opinions were respected and encouraged, and I was confident in the care I received.
