About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward

We haven't been in long but I have to say the service has been absolutely brilliant so far. We started in the Paediatric Emergency Department which was absolutely great. Sharon was absolutely brilliant.

Up on the ward itself, the staff have all been brilliant. As soon as we came up somebody was in checking our details etc. It really has been very efficient. The facilities here are amazing - the ward has been brilliant, especially for the children's ward. So far it has been very clean and comfortable. The staff have a really lovely and professional attitude.. They also have a really warm approach which is what you want. I have no suggestions for improvement - it has been all good. The ward has been brilliant with amazing sized rooms and the wall art has been great as well.

I am delighted to hear your child has been seen and assessed efficiently and that the staff have been professional in the care given to your child. The single rooms within the ward really does help in what can be a very stressful time for families.
