What I liked

Staff were all very polite, professional and competent in their manner. My family and myself have attended A and E for a number of, relatively, minor complaints. These have all been handled sympathetically and intelligently by staff. In particular they've been really reassuring with our infant son when he's been running an exceptionally high fever.

What could be improved

On occasion, no doubt because of more acute endeavours, I've felt unsure about what's happening once inside A and E, some updates like 'please hang on we haven't forgotten you' every twenty mins or so would be great! I think this situation is more or less inevitable though and shouldn't be treated as any sort of complaint!
