Lockside is the best GP practice I have known. My elderly mother is registered here and I have always had an excellent experience when needing to get her seen at the doctors. I contacted the practice on my mothers behalf a few months ago and arranged an appointment at a convenient time I could take for her joint pains. The receptionist booked an appointment with an advanced practitioner at another practice called Grosvenor surgery. I was confused initially as to why but saw an excellent specialist there who saw how much pain my mother was in and arranged X rays which showed she needed a new hip and got some pain relief arranged. The specialist we saw rang with the results a few days after the xray and sent her to a surgeon who we saw today and who has put her on the list for a new hip. Fabulous service all round. Thank you Lockside and to the lovely staff at Grosvenor doctors too.
