My therapist taught me a lot of things to help when I’m feeling angry or not like myself. I am autistic and find it hard to communicate my feelings. They also helped me with giving me ways to stop my anger and bad thoughts before it became untameable.
My relationships with people in my life are a lot better. We also came up with a prevention plan for after I stop therapy.
