"Staff were very friendly, helpful and reassuring"

The staff were very friendly, helpful and reassuring. All the details of the 8 week programme were explained at the initial consultation. At the first class, the staff were very supportive and I felt I was in safe hands. As I progressed through the classes, the staff were very encouraging as I became stronger and fitter. All the necessary equipment was provided. The classes were fun, very enjoyable, and I looked forward to them each week. I can't compliment the staff highly enough - please do tell them!
