"Great advice and support"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Community Services / Occupational Health

(as a service user),

I was stressed due to line management at work which lead to me having suicidal thoughts.

The Occupational Therapist supported me and gave me great advice. Being based out of a GP was excellent as letters to my work from the therapist had extra clout.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. We are glad to hear that you found occupational therapy input so helpful. Hope that you continue to find work easier to cope with and that you reach out for support again if work has an impact on your health and well being in future. All best wishes to you, Kindest regards Claire Martin, Mental Health Occupational Therapy Team Leader.
