"I want to extend my heartfelt thanks"

(as a service user),

I was a bit embarrassed to have to attended the treatment centre with two young children in tow, as it is the holidays. I needed some bloods and ECG along with other tests.

Ruth was absolutely brilliant. So patient and engaging with my children, and kind and gentle with us all.

There was another nurse whose name I didn't catch (sorry!) who did come in at one point and was also wonderful.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ruth for the kindness shown during my appointment to me and my children. I left feeling far more comfortable than just before I went in.

I am delighted to hear you have received such good care from everyone involved with your care.

It is always a pleasure to receive such comments and to know that the staff at are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients and their family.
