My usually independent Nanny had a fall at home and was taken to Craigavon Area Hospital (CAH) Emergency Department (ED) via ambulance.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) staff (Stephen & ?John) were so nice to her and made her feel very calm and comfortable. The staff in ED were very kind to Nanny and gave her the best possible care. There was a very nice advanced nurse practitioner who was very helpful with answering all family questions. The porter John was very courteous towards my Nanny and had great respect for her. The nurses on 2 South, Niamh, Nimisha and Nicole including the Health Care Assistant Joanne gave my Nanny excellent care. They were all extremely helpful and their care could not be faulted.
Thank you for taking care of Nanny, she is now in Lurgan hospital receiving excellent care also.
