Last month I had a small procedure done which required some stitches in my butt cheek.

The staff, David, Laura and student nurse Morgan were brilliant. They made my visit very relaxed and they very much put me at ease. They also brought some humour which I really appreciated and I had no awkwardness lying on a table with my bum out. They told me what they were doing and asked all my questions well. Apart from the nip from the local anaesthetic it was actually a pleasurable experience.

Many thanks to the team, brilliant work.

Dear Timothy,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your visit went.

It is particularly pleasing that you felt no awkwardness. We try very hard to maintain as much of your dignity as possible... even with your bum out:)

Hopefully everything is well on the way to being fully healed and you didn't suffer any complications.

Thanks again

David
