I was going through a rough time dealing with a number of health issues causing mental and physical problems and worked for the trust. 

I found this service so helpful and would suggest that to speak with someone without judgment was so beneficial.

This was at Highbury Hospital but they work across the trust and is for patients and staff and anyone in need of support.

My role is to encourage and help staff to capture, respond and act upon feedback, to work together with patients and carers to improve services and to raise awareness of volunteering and its benefits within the trust.
