This is being told retrospectively:

In January, my daughter jumped off her bed and sprained her finger very badly. We went to A&E at Fife Victoria Hospital and received excellent and compassionate care from James (Nurse Practitioner) and Melvin (A&E doctor). They were both so nice to her and did everything possible to alleviate pain and anxiety. Thank you both.

Dear SJC1983

My name is Siobhan McIlroy, and I am the Head of Patient Experience. NHS Fife welcomes all feedback, so thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am sorry for the delay in you receiving a response.
It must have been a frightening time for your daughter and you. It sounds like a painful injury, but what can you do? Kids love jumping on the bed! I am pleased James and Melivn helped to improve the experience by providing compassionate care, and I am sure they will be delighted with your feedback.
