What I liked

I have been treated in the following outpatient departments and found all to be of the highest standard.

Cardiology, ENT, Dental, Urology, Diabetic.

Choose and Book for the departments that have it is very functional.

Radiology is excellent.

What could be improved

General Medicine is not available to Choose and Book hence why waste the clients time by pretending it is. Had I known this I would have chosen another hospital which had appointment's available through Choose and Book.

The lack of C&B has caused a 3 week delay in my request for an appointment.

I will never be admitted as an inpatient to any department in this hospital other than Cardiology.
