I was in ward 103 ARI after an infection due to injecting. I felt I was treated poorly and judged by so many staff there. I felt they saw me as a junkie. I spoke to a nurse from the drug and alcohol team, I believe her name was Joan. She listened to my life story, supported and reassured me and made me feel worthy again.
