"Porter helpful and kind"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Taking my elderly mother in law to fracture clinic Parked at front door to get a chair however when I got out the car  Jim the Porter was at front door and saw my mother in law in car and immediately brought a chair to the car and helped her out the car. He then took her in to waiting area until I parked the car.  This was kind and he did this without being asked. Certainly helped us. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback following the attendance at University Hospital Fracture Clinic. I will ensure your post is shared with the portering team and I am sure they will be delighted to read your lovely post.

It is always very nice for our staff to see patient's and their family taking the time to feedback to us about their experience.

kind regards
