"Fantastic Care"

This was my first time at The Park as a day case patient. Firstly I would like to thank every member of staff who looked after me and interacted with me on my journey down to the operating theatre and to my consultant. The ward staff were fantastic, caring, professional and friendly. Everything was explained and I was relaxed and calm before and after my procedure.

I must say I have never seen a cleaner ward or hospital and the food I chose from a lovely menu was made fresh for me and was delicious.

Now please note this is not in any way a bad reflection on Nottingham’s other hospitals, I have been and still am a patient in their care and I have been treated and looked after very well.
