"Above and beyond service"

I had an MRI scan in the SWAH last week. On arrival to my appointment I was called exactly on time, which was impressive to see the clinic running so promptly. 

The lovely George called me in for my scan and noticed that I was breast feeding. George couldn’t have been more accommodating, offering me additional time and more comfortable seating if required. He also assisted my husband in locating baby changing facilities while I was having my scan. His helpfulness was extremely appreciated and it is clear to see that he is naturally a lovely and caring individual. A credit to his department and the Trust. 

Aoife and Laura also assisted with my scan and were more than willing to answer any questions that I had and made me feel at ease. 

For many an MRI scan can be an uncomfortable experience but with a team as impressive as this, I know that they’d give their all to looking after all of the patients that come through their doors. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
