"Excellent & efficient Care"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I was taken to the Emergency Department in Perth with awful abdominal pain, with what ended up being Biliary colic. Having suffered from this before and this occasion being so much worse than I had previously experienced, I am extremely grateful to the staff who quickly saw me, listened to me and quickly treated me.

Being a busy Saturday night, nothing was too much of an ask and each of the staff were equally reassuring in their own ways. So a huge thank you to Dr Pia, Karen, Louise, Erin & Bernie.   In the moment, and in such severe pain, I don't think I thanked you enough for all you did to help me, get me pain free and transferred across to ASRU. You are all stars!
