(as a service user),

I originally went private for a coil fitting and had a traumatic experience. Then I luckily got onto the nhs list and had the best experience with zero pain. The doctor was so gentle and lovely. And the nurse held my hand and made me feel so comfortable. Its this reason why the NHS is great for people like the people that work at Stafford sexual health clinic.
