"Dermatology Outpatient Appointment"

I attended the Dermatology Outpatients department recently for the Nurse Led Acne Clinic.  I had been on a waiting list for approximately 2 years for this and my GP had been managing my flare ups during this time with antibiotics.  I was taken for my appointment early and I saw nurse Rosemary.  I came away feeling so happy with the service provided and feeling cared for.  Rosemary took my history, saw photos of my skin when it was very bad and she looked at my skin.  I also mentioned about a lump I had been referred for a couple of years ago but hadn't got seen about and she fetched the doctor to take a look at it while I was there.  Rosemary explained everything very thoroughly and took time with me and let me ask questions and reassured me that everything was my choice.  I cant speak highly enough of Rosemary's care and attention.  I am now waiting for another appointment to commence treatment.
