Staff constantly promised paperwork and discharge letter, 10 mins, from a few seconds to an hour. Two and a half hours later still no meds or letter. Then told nurse had just gone down for meds, then blamed pharmacy for delay which was false. Basically they were incapable of being truthful. Also blamed delay on the fact they had 20 patients to deal with. Oh surprise - this is a hospital ward and it has patients!
