"My experience was overwhelmingly positive"

I attended PRI Radiology department after being referred by my GP.

I received an appointment quickly and an additional request from Rheumatology was added to the initial appointment so both procedures were done at the same time. Joined up thinking!

I've attended this department previously, and, again, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. 

Friendly, professional reception staff.

Taken on time and treated courteously and professionally by the radiographer who was very empathetic and informative. 

I felt relaxed and cared for throughout. 

This has been the experience every time I've had to visit Radiology. 

I've no idea how they consistently keep getting it right but it's so encouraging to see the NHS at its best.
