10-day stay on ward 2c. Under medical consultants Iona and Paul - really appreciate all their help and being listened to and respected throughout.
Really appreciate Iona looking into all possible reasons for my son being unwell. Thank you to Paul for narrowing down diagnosis and referring to respiratory. Thank you to Neil at respiratory for organising sleep study and oxygen. Thank you to cardiology for echo and ecg - lady who did echo was lovely. Thank you to ENT for their involvement. Radiologist nice who did brain ultrasound.
Overall care on ward 2c was brilliant. Thank you, especially to nurses - day and night Louise your patience and care was amazing, to both students Louise’s and the other students on the ward you were all great. Thank you to nurses Layla and Jade and all the others, I cannot remember all your names.
One wee issue with one nurse not following medical instructions, safety concerns have been passed on.
Thank you to Linda resp nurse for speedy oxygen organising.
Overall high level of care provided.
Thanks
