I was referred by my GP to come to DHH as I was in considerable discomfort, in pain, struggling to eat and sleep, etc.
The consultant, Dr Elsafi, that is dealing with me is brilliant, he is great at taking action and you can tell he is very good at his job by his bed side manners.
So far all the staff on the female medical ward have been very good to me as they are so lovely and I honestly feel that they are truly looking out for us patients which is nice to be in that type of environment when you are so unwell.
The ward itself seems to be very clean, even the toilet looks to be cleaned regularly, which is a good. At the moment I have to fast so I won’t be able to give you my opinion on what the food is like, however it does smell nice which doesn’t help when you have to fast.
Everything so far in the hospital has been good, can’t say anything negative about it.
