"Staff were courteous, professional and caring"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Coronary Care

(as a relative),

This morning my husband had an appointment at the cardiac clinic in Daisy Hill Hospital. As he has AF he needed shock treatment.

From the minute we entered the hospital the staff were courteous,  professional and caring.  This can be quite a scary procedure, even more so for my husband as he has never been in hospital his entire life, so it can be quite daunting. He was kept informed every step of the way and this was reassuring for him.

A lovely little hospital that sadly will lose some of its services.

Please extend our grateful thanks to all staff - whether doctors,  nurses, cleaners, coffee shop and administrative staff .

Good Afternoon,

First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to leave a lovely review on your stay in the Coronary care Unit.

I am glad that it has been a positive experience for you.

I am delighted to hear that you were happy with the care you received and I will ensure that the team are made aware of your kind comments.

I wish you all the best in the future.

Sharon
