"Communication with staff is very clear"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff on AMU have all been very helpful the care has been great, I couldn't say a bad word about anything. the ward is spotless and the facilities here are all perfect for me, I've found them very easy to use. The food on the wards great, the staff come round throughput the day offering tea which is good. The communication with staff is very clear and there always there to answer any questions.
